How to Obtain an Emeritus/Retiree ID Card Step-by-Step

How to Obtain Emeritus / Retiree IDs


First, you must first have an approved photo on file at UCI to receive a Retiree ID card.

 

  • Follow these steps to submit a photo:
  • Go to https://myphotoid.uci.edu/ 
  • From the menu on the left, choose “ACCOUNT LOGIN.”
  • Login with your UCInetID.
  • Choose “UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS” from the menu on the left.
  • Follow the Instructions on how to upload a photo for your UCI ID Card.
    • 1st page: Read & click to “Agree” (to Terms) 
    • 2nd page: “Upload a government-issued photo ID” (see accepted IDs list)” full government ID in JPG format

      • 3rd page: “Upload the photo for your ID card. This photo must resemble a passport. Meaning, you against a white wall/background (no lines or decorations). Remember not to turn your body or tilt your head.

After your photo is approved, please email cardservices@uci.edu to have your ID printed.
